The Illinois Organization of Nurse Leaders contributes to the advancement of nurse leadership and management through educational, networking and leadership opportunities. Throughout the year, IONL will present opportunities for sponsors to engage with our attendees as well as offer a virtual presence through webinars.

We are different from other nursing organizations through a membership that includes current nurse leaders – Chief Nursing Officers, Directors of Nursing and Nurse Managers – as well as the next generation of leaders.

As thought leaders on nurse staffing, patient safety and quality, IONL members believe it is their professional obligation to remain abreast of current developments in health care.

We provide a platform for members to have a unified voice to bring about change in the health care and nursing community.
