2027 IONL Finance Workshop

This full-day, interactive workshop is designed for staff nurses, charge nurses, nurse coordinators, nurse managers, and directors who want to learn more about specific financial topics related to nursing administration.
A few of the topics that will be discussed:
- Creating an operating unit budget including staffing and other resources
- Developing tools for monitoring financial performance
- Managing the financial impact of throughput/length of stay
- Handling legislative and regulatory change impacts to budgets
- Partnering with finance leaders
The workshop will include hands-on work in small groups and specific takeaways for your use in creation and implementation of a financial plan.
